- We issue this Declaration of Conformity under our sole responsibility.
- Packaging and Packaging Components do not contain (except as noted in the table below):
- Substances meeting the criteria of Article 57 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) and included in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) pursuant to Article 59(1) of REACH in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
- Substances subject to restrictions under Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 contrary to the applicable restriction criteria.
- Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), where applicable under Regulation (EU) 2019/1021, contrary to the applicable restriction criteria.
- Substances identified classified in Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 in one of the following hazard classes or hazard categories :
- carcinogenicity categories 1 and 2;
- germ cell mutagenicity categories 1 and 2;
- reproductive toxicity categories 1 and 2;

- specific target organ toxicity — repeated exposure categories 1 and 2;
- specific target organ toxicity — single exposure categories 1 and 2;
- Substances that negatively affect the reuse and recycling of materials in any packaging component. This Declaration of Conformity is issued on the basis of technical documentation, test reports, material declarations, and supplier-provided information maintained under the manufacturer’s compliance management system. The information contained in this declaration is accurate to the best of the manufacturer’s knowledge and belief at the time of issuance. The manufacturer maintains procedures to ensure the continued conformity of the packaging material and will update this declaration if any significant fact is related to a point of declaration of changes.
